Guests can now enjoy their favorite Carson Kitchen dishes every day of the week with the restaurant’s new hours. The popular Alpharetta eatery is open from 12-9 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 12-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-9 p.m. on Sundays (serving brunch from 11 a.m.-4 p.m.).

Carson Kitchen expanded hours to coincide with the rollout of its newest menu items, which guests can enjoy beginning Wednesday, August 26. Inspired by the food chef/owner Cory Harwell’s grandmother made for him as a kid growing up in Woodstock, Georgia, the menu is served in a welcoming environment where guests can connect with family and friends.

The new menu items include:

• Wok-charred edamame with ginger salt and togarashi

• Cheese and crackers with bell pepper pub cheese and lavash

• Pork tenderloin with peach chutney and apple butter mustard

• German potato salad with whole grain mustard and chives

• Everything Bagel flatbread with smoked salmon, capers and dill oil

• “Beery” crumble with mixed berries and Chela cream

Reservations are recommended and can be made online. Guests preferring to enjoy Carson Kitchen at home can place orders online or at the restaurant.
