The winter months might be cold, but Ray's Restaurants can heat up any occasion with understated elegance and stellar service. Known for extensive wine offerings and award-winning menus with an emphasis on fresh fish flown in daily, house-cut chops and prime steaks, this trio of restaurants serves as a beacon for guests to come and soak in the ambiance.

Created by restaurant industry veteran Ray Schoenbaum, Ray’s Restaurants was designed for every guest to have an exceptional dining experience in a refined, yet warm and inviting setting. From the urban vibes at Ray’s in the City to Ray’s on the River, situated along the tranquil banks of the Chattahoochee River, to the casually elegant atmosphere at Ray’s at Killer Creek, there are many moods to complete a memorable evening or afternoon. Here are five of the many reasons to fall in love at Ray’s Restaurants.

  1. Best First Date Spot - At Ray’s on the River, couples can snag a seat overlooking the Chattahoochee River and take an after-dinner stroll along the riverbank to cap off a romantic meal. Ray’s in the City offers perfect, quiet corners to share conversation, appetizers and drinks, surrounded by the buzz of downtown Atlanta. At Ray’s Killer Creek, dates can choose a cozy table, surrounded by a rustic, yet upscale atmosphere.

  2. An Amazing Wedding Venue - Ray’s on the River offers riverside ceremonies, spaces for receptions, rehearsal dinners and bridal showers plus room options that can accommodate up to 120 guests. At Ray’s in the City, rehearsal dinners or receptions are flawlessly executed for guests anywhere from 10 to a full restaurant buyout, with a customized menu tailored to fit the occasion. Ray’s at Killer Creek offers several different room options that can accommodate up to 70 guests, an outdoor covered balcony and delicious menu selections.

  3. Celebrate that Milestone - Make that party pop at Ray’s, from anniversaries to engagements, new jobs and even going-away parties. Plan an office going away party at Ray’s in the City and use the Atlantic Room’s flat screen for a celebratory slide show. Host a bar or bat mitzvah in Ray’s on the River’s Grand Pavilion with access to the lighted path that leads down to the river. Ray’s at Killer Creek offers the perfect spot for an intimate birthday party with a stone hearth fireplace glow and special menu.

  4. Valentine's Day Hotspot - Offered Saturday, Feb. 10-Wednesday, Feb. 14 beginning at 4 p.m., all restaurants will offer a Romeo & Juliet menu which includes tomahawk steak with compound butter and twin crab-stuffed Maine lobster tails. Guests will get a choice of appetizer to share, soup/salad and dessert ($275 per couple). On Wednesday, Feb. 14 beginning at 4 p.m., Ray's on the River and Ray's in the City will offer two additional prix fixe menu options ($100 and $120 per guest). Ray's at Killer Creek will offer an a la carte menu in addition to the Romeo & Juliet dinner. Wine pairings are available as well as a Valentine’s Day cocktail list that boasts festive options such as the sweet peach margarita, fig old fashioned and salted caramel espresso martini.

  5. Brunch Today, Lunch Tomorrow - The legendary brunch at Ray’s on the River is a true local experience. Its beautiful setting is perfect for sharing freshly shucked oysters, New Orleans BBQ shrimp, challah French toast with orange brandy butter, smoked brisket hash and more. The popular Sunday brunch buffet returns at Ray’s at Killer Creek with new items each week alongside prime rib, made-to-order omelets, peel-and-eat shrimp, Southern-style mac and cheese and buttermilk waffles. Ray’s in the City isn’t open for brunch, but guests can spread the lunchtime love by hitting the popular downtown eatery during the week for Business Blue Plate lunch specials like the oyster po boy, shrimp roll and sizzling skillet steak fajitas for $20, including a non-alcoholic beverage.
