Indulge in Ray’s at Killer Creek’s New $45 Summer Three-Course Menu

Ray's at Killer Creek has unveiled its new summer three-course menu, offering a delectable dining experience for just $45 per person. Guests can begin their culinary journey with a choice of a crispy fried pork belly served with Boursin grit cake, BBQ mustard and pickled onions or a refreshing peach and burrata salad featuring pickled peaches, burrata, Champagne vinaigrette, arugula and Campari tomatoes.

For the main course, diners can choose from grilled steak kabobs with onions, peppers, mushrooms, au poivre sauce and Parmesan frites; a perfectly seared pork chop with apple chutney, whipped potatoes and fire-roasted asparagus; or crispy fried cod accompanied by mojo verde, black rice and grilled lemon.
