Ray's Restaurants' New Menu Features Rotating Selections of Oysters from Canada to Connecticut

Ray's Restaurants is enhancing its dining experience with the introduction of a new oyster menu, set to change biweekly across all three locations. Patrons at Ray's at Killer Creek can savor a choice of three unique oyster selections in addition to the standout chargrilled Gulf oysters. Meanwhile, Ray's in the City and Ray's on the River offer an expanded selection of six oyster varieties alongside chargrilled Gulf oysters. A sampling of recent oyster offerings includes:
Black Magic (Thunder Cove, Prince Edward Island, Canada) – smooth salinity with a pronounced vegetal finish, medium in size
Blue Point (Westport, CT) – medium salinity, springy meat, light mineral finish, small in size
Sweet Jesus (Patuxent River, MD) – sweet oyster with complex flavors, mineral and mossy, clean finish, large in size
Oysters are accompanied by an array of condiments including Atomic horseradish, cocktail sauce, mignonette, hot sauce and traditional Saltine crackers. Chargrilled oysters are fire-roasted with cowboy butter and a savory crumb topping. The frequent menu rotation promises a fresh and diverse oyster experience every visit.
