Savor a Taste of History with Milton's Special 18th Anniversary Prix-Fixe Menu
Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails announces a special celebration to mark its 18th anniversary serving contemporary Southern cuisine to residents and guests in historic Crabapple. From Aug. 16-18, new executive chef AJ Jones and her team are offering a special prix-fixe menu inspired by Milton’s original 2006 menu for $45 per person. The menu highlights some of the restaurant’s classic dishes, allowing guests to indulge in the flavors that have made Milton’s a beloved dining destination for 18 years.
To further show appreciation to valued guests, Milton’s is extending an 18% discount on all food purchases on Monday, Aug. 19. Reservations can be made via OpenTable.

Wedge salad: baby iceberg, heirloom tomato, cucumber, bacon, blue cheese crumble and avocado ranch
Fried oysters Rockefeller: cornmeal dust, Parmesan spinach puree, bacon and hollandaise
Second Course (choice of)
Nonna's Bolognese: prime meat sauce, San Marzano tomato, paradelle pasta and house herb ricotta
Almond crusted trout: almond panko crust, grilled asparagus, butternut squash and peach chow-chow
Third Course (choice of)
Milton’s carrot cake: bourbon cream cheese, candied orange and candied pecan (GF)
Chocolate mousse dome: fudge brownie, chocolate mousse and chocolate ganache
