Zunzi’s + Zunzibar, the Savannah-based sister brands with locations in Savannah, Tybee Island, Atlanta and Hilton Head Island, have kicked off fundraising for ZUNZIFEST! The fundraising period runs from Saturday, June 1 through Sunday, June 30, and during this time, a percentage of all sales from all four stores will benefit Marine Reach Global.

"We are so excited to support Marine Reach Global once again during ZUNZIFEST!," says Chris Smith, owner of Zunzi’s + Zunzibar. "It's an honor to help this nonprofit further its mission of showing love through vital medical care, construction projects, supply distribution, and community and educational outreach to overseas communities in need.”

Zunzi’s + Zunzibar will present Marine Reach Global’s check during ZUNZIFEST! on Tuesday, July 9, 2024. Members of Zunzi’s + Zunzibar’s 26 CLUB are invited to stop by any location to receive a free regular Conquistador or a vegan option upon request from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Zunzibar will be offering all of its usual signature cocktails and drink specials during this time. For fans in Hilton Head Island, Zunzibar will also be hosting a grand opening celebration with an official ribbon cutting at 2 p.m.

Those interested in joining 26 CLUB to receive a link for more details about the event can text “ZUNZIFEST” to 912-207-7551. On the morning of ZUNZIFEST!, guests will receive a code to show the team upon arrival. All locations will close early at 3 p.m. on July 9 for a special appreciation party for their teams.

During past ZUNZIFEST! celebrations, Zunzi’s + Zunzibar presented checks for $7,686 to Giving Kitchen and $11,289 to Feeding America’s Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia and Atlanta Community Food Bank.
