Fans who missed Aria’s Happy Hour Burger are getting another chance. Chef Gerry Klaskala and his team are caving to the overwhelming response and bringing the wildly popular offering back for one day only on Feb. 8. Available only at the bar or in the lounge from 5-5:30 p.m., the Happy Hour Burger features two cooked-to-order quarter-pound patties topped with onions and bread and butter pickles on a brioche bun and is served with fresh, hand-cut steak fries for $19. Select beer, wine and cocktail pairings are offered at half price. Burgers often sell out, so guests are encouraged to make reservations for the bar or lounge area and arrive early!
