Savor the Flavors of Baja California at Chichería Mexican Kitchen's Mexican Wine Dinner on March 26

On Wednesday, March 26, Chichería Mexican Kitchen presents an intimate, four-course gluten-free Mexican Wine Dinner hosted by chef Juan Hormiga, whose culinary talents have earned him Michelin recognition. The dinner features expertly paired selections from L.A. Cetto Winery, one of Mexico’s most celebrated wineries, located in Valle de Guadalupe—often called the "Napa Valley of Mexico."

Inspired by the bold flavors of Baja California, each gluten-free dish showcases the region’s rich culinary heritage alongside wines from Mexico’s premier wine region. With limited seating, this exclusive evening offers a guided experience where Hormiga will introduce each course and share insights into the inspiration behind the menu and the featured wines.
