Aria executive chef Gerry Klaskala invites guests to an exclusive evening with Alice Anderson of Âmevive Winery on Thursday, Nov. 7. This intimate wine dinner will transport participants to Santa Barbara County, California, to savor five of Âmevive’s expressive wines paired with a six-course menu crafted by Klaskala.

Âmevive wines are known for their vibrancy and unique sense of place, showcasing a commitment to artisanal winemaking. Founded by Anderson and Topher de Felice, Âmevive Winery takes its name from the French term meaning "soulful" or "living soul." The winery focuses on regenerative farming at the historic Ibarra-Young Vineyard, blending Rhône and Spanish influences.

Tickets for the dinner are $160 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Seating is limited, and tickets may be purchased via Resy. Note that Aria IS unable to accommodate special dietary requests for this event.
