On Thursday, March 24, the chefs at Enzo head over to Blue Eyed Daisy Bakeshop at Serenbe for Italian Night. The pop-up experience runs 5-9 p.m. with such menu items as tuna carpaccio, speck and melon, lemon risotto, 10-layer lamb lasagna, eight-ounce filet tagliata, roasted branzino and ricotta cheesecake. Enzo, a new Northern Italy-inspired, chef-driven steakhouse and bar concept from Andrea Montobbio and Carmine Noce, is set to debut later this spring in the Town at Trilith, the burgeoning arts community in Fayetteville, Georgia.
