On Friday, March 18, Cochran Mill Brewing Company in Fairburn invites guests to enjoy the spring weather, a bite to eat and a brew or two when it hosts Enzo from 4-10 p.m. Wood-fired grills will be set up turning out Enzo burgers and porchetta on focaccia along with truffle Parmesan potatoes, balsamic roasted carrots and the eatery’s famous stuffed Cerignola olives and eggplant caponata bruschetta.
Enzo, a new Northern Italy-inspired, chef-driven steakhouse and bar concept from Andrea Montobbio and Carmine Noce, is set to debut later this spring in the Town at Trilith, the burgeoning arts community in Fayetteville, Georgia.
