About the Tea
Herbs & Kettles is a premium tea brand. Founded by physicians based in Atlanta, Poorvi and Abe travel to different regions of India where they source the best single-origin, single-batch teas from small sustainable farms. A certified tea sommelier, Poorvi welcomes the opportunity to educate customers about how to select, prepare, and steep the perfect cup of tea. Their curated collection of more than 60 teas ties together their passion for wellness and culture.
About the Chef
Chef Philip trained in Paris, France, honing his skills at the 2-Star Michelin restaurant Alain Senderens. He has worked in various kitchens throughout Atlanta, including as the executive chef of Kimball House. In 2015 Philip opened Bright Seed, a company specializing in holistic food and wellness experiences. He now works as a food educator and consults directly with people interested in learning about preparing and eating delicious, nourishing cuisine. For Chef, food is about connection, joy and healing.
