Before Houck’s Bar & Grill “goes coastal” and introduces the new Coastal Bar, Grill & Chill, loyal patrons are invited to join in a farewell celebration on Sunday, Aug. 27. After 35 years at the helm, Bill and Judy Houck will be front and center to retire the Houck’s concept and help launch the new eatery. Attendees will enjoy complimentary offerings from Coastal's new food and beverage menu and participate in a silent auction featuring Bill Houck’s sports memorabilia adorning the restaurant's walls. Auction proceeds will benefit local teams including the Roswell Hornets, Blessed Trinity Titans and the Fellowship Christian Paladins.
