Italian Night with Enzo returns to Blue Eyed Daisy Bakeshop at Serenbe on Wednesday, May 4. Guests are invited to preview some of the dishes planned for the restaurant’s menu before it opens this summer. Italian Night highlights include prosciutto and melon, beet carpaccio, saffron square spaghetti, lemon risotto, rack of lamb, roasted salmon, charred asparagus, tiramisu, limoncello and sorbetto and more.
