The Federal in Midtown will observe the 261st birthday of Scottish poet and lyricist Robert Burns with a memorial dinner and whisky tasting event on Friday, Jan. 24. Guests will experience “A Taste of Scotland” during the all-inclusive four-course dinner prepared by chefs Shaun Doty and Lance Gummere.
Hosted by Brown-Forman Corp., one of the largest spirits and wine companies in the U.S., the evening features tastings of six single malts from three of Scotland’s top distilleries, a welcoming cocktail and delectable appetizers.
