On Wednesday, April 2, Aria welcomes Carlos De Carlos of Viña Cobos in Mendoza, Argentina, for an exclusive wine dinner. Guests will enjoy a guided tasting of four acclaimed wines from Viña Cobos paired with a five-course menu crafted by chef Gerry Klaskala.
Since 1999, Viña Cobos has set a new standard for Argentine winemaking, producing wines that reflect the rich terroir of Mendoza. Carlos De Carlos will share the stories and vision behind Viña Cobos, offering an insider’s perspective on one of South America’s most acclaimed wineries.
