Aria Presents Limited-Seating Wine Dinner Featuring Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyards on April 24

On Wednesday, April 24, Aria invites guests to an exclusive wine dinner with pairings from the renowned Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyards. Chef Gerry Klaskala has crafted a six-course menu paired with five distinctive wines from the New York Finger Lakes region winery. Menu highlights include house-smoked salmon with Ossetra caviar, roasted sea scallop with black truffle and slow-roasted short rib of beef. The dinner starts at 7 p.m. and costs $160 per person (includes tax and gratuity). Seating for this special event is limited to ensure an intimate dining experience.

Since taking over in 2007, co-owners Fred Merwarth and Oskar Bynke have upheld the legacy of Hermann Wiemer, a pivotal figure in New York winemaking who began his career in the 1960s. Wiemer’s commitment to producing pure Rieslings from his three estate vineyards on Seneca Lake has earned global acclaim, marking a highlight of New York’s viticultural history.
