We will get down to the basics here and learn how to make a few of the Deep South’s most iconic dishes. Maybe you didn’t grow up here, or maybe you just want a refresher course, either way I will help you by showing you some of my favorites and opening the door up to Southern Food 201 later this fall.
This class will begin at 4:30pm on Sunday, April 11th and should take a little under 2 hours. We will send you digital copies of each recipe in advance via email, as well as some pointers for what to have ready before the class if you wish to cook along. Cost for this class is $49 per link.
