Acclaimed chefs Shaun Doty and Lance Gummere of The Federal are introducing new ways to get culinarily cozy this winter with their new $18 Plat du Jour menu. Discerning diners can bank on taste every Tuesday through Saturday as the Midtown restaurant offers a different special every night of the week, including Wednesday’s moules frites and Saturday’s chicken liver fettuccine. Check out each mouthwatering meal below:

  • Tuesday: Scottish steelhead trout with Dijon mustard mashed Potatoes, cipollini onions and Spotted Trotter pancetta butter

  • Wednesday: Moule frites

  • Thursday: Rosemary airline chicken with black kale pesto polenta, fried kale and chicken jus

  • Friday: 14-ounce pork chop with Roman gnocchi and sage

  • Saturday: Chicken liver fettuccine
