In June, the Atlanta chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier (LDEI) welcomed six new members to its ranks including Jessica Rothacker, co-owner and chef of Heirloom Café in Athens. LDEI is a membership organization of women leaders in the culinary field with a mission to support women in the culinary and farming communities. Congratulations, Dame Jessica!
