Daily Dish: KT Cakes at Southern Belle
When Southern Belle cook KT Blackmon was furloughed during the COVID-19 crisis, she turned to baking cakes to pay the bills. Now that the restaurant has reopened, chef Joey Ward has offered Blackmon access to the restaurant’s kitchen to continue her business. Decadent three-layer cakes are available in four- or six-inch rounds in a variety of flavors including OREO with chocolate cake, OREO filling and OREO cream cheese frosting.
