Drift Fish House & Oyster Bar is celebrating five years as East Cobb’s premier destination for fresh seafood, and chef Doug Turbush and his team invite guests to experience a special three-course menu, March 9-13. The menu is priced at $39 per person (plus tax and gratuity) with a portion of the proceeds going to Giving Kitchen to help further the nonprofit’s mission of providing crisis mitigation for food service workers through financial support and a network of community resources.
To complement the three-course menu, Drift also is offering optional pairings of Giving Kitchen wines. Selections, available by the glass or bottle, include GK chardonnay, GK pinot noir and GK cabernet. Make reservations via OpenTable. The special three-course menu also is available for takeout.

Crab and avocado toast with radish, grilled scallion, cress and sourdough
BBQ oysters with BBQ butter sauce, trinity and rice
Shrimp tagliatelle with chervil crème fraîche, lemon and English pea
Second Course Options
Halibut with clams, chorizo, shrimp, fennel, orange and arugula
Scallops and pork belly with stone-ground grits, collard greens, okra and smoked tomato butter
Wood-fired flat iron steak al pizzaiolo with smashed fingerling potatoes, fried tomato, broad beans and Parmesan

Key lime pie with fresh raspberries and chantilly cream
Nutella pie with pretzel crust, bourbon caramel and hazelnuts
Pineapple upside down cake with caramel and whipped cream
