Aria Layers on the Deliciousness with Lasagna Pop-Up on Oct. 25

Aria’s latest pop-up steers taste buds toward Italy with a lasagna pop-up on Wednesday, Oct. 25.

“Wednesday night was lasagna night at grandma’s house,” says Aria chef/owner Gerry Klaskala. “I have special memories of our family—plus aunts, uncles and cousins—filling the evening table to enjoy an incredible meal and time together.”

Klaskala invites guests to gather for Aria’s version of the Italian classic boasting baked lasagna pasta that is layered with slowly simmered beef Bolognese, bechamel, mozzarella and Parmigiano-Reggiano for $26. Aria’s one-day-only lasagna pop-up runs from 5-5:30 p.m. Quantities are limited, so mark calendars and grab a spot early.
