Zunzi’s, beloved for its South African-inspired fare, is hosting the restaurant’s monthly Zunzifest appreciation event on Feb. 26 to benefit Covenant House Georgia, which provides support and shelter for homeless and trafficked youth. From 11 a.m.-5 p.m., guests can enjoy a complimentary Conquistador (crusty French bread topped with baked chicken, romaine lettuce, tomato, Zunzi’s sauce and dressing) or Rising Sun (vegan option) sandwich. To serve as many fans as possible, these are the only menu options available during this time aside from chips, cookies and drinks. When Zunzifest ends at 5 p.m., the eatery closes to celebrate its amazing employees with a team party. Zunzifest falls on the 26th day of each month—in honor of Z, the 26th letter of the alphabet.
