AltaToro Takes a Bite Out of the Weekend with Brunch Service Starting Aug. 5
Weekends just got a lot more delicious. AltaToro announces it is expanding its service by adding weekend brunch starting Saturday, Aug. 5. AltaToro's executive chef Guadalupe "Lupe" Nanbo has crafted a brunch menu boasting an array of diverse culinary options—all with modern Latin flair. Menu highlights include:
Churro waffle – fried chicken, syrup de piloncillo and fresh berries
Tostada de salmon – mezcal-cured salmon, avocado mousse, beans puree, pickled onions, crema, salsa macha, cilantro, sesame seeds and salmon roe
Toro breakfast – burrito with pork sausage, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, eggs, mole negro avocado crema fresca, queso and a side of mixed greens
Torrijas – cream inglés, cocoa whipped cream, fresh berries and mint-sugar powder
Valeria’s hamburguesa – beef patty, avocado, queso fundido, epazote, chipotle aioli, chicharrón, lettuce, tomatoes and a side of patatas bravas
Omelet ala Mexicana – tomatoes, onions, serrano peppers and cotija cheese served with toasted sourdough and roasted potatoes
Brunch service is offered on Saturdays from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
In addition to weekend brunch, Nanbo has revamped AltaToro’s weekday lunch menu that blends an enticing array of dishes from the dinner menu along with lunch exclusives. Among the offerings available only at lunch are quesadillas, flautas de papa, torta, Cuban sandwich, sopa de maíz and chicharrón con huevos and Valeria’s hamburguesa. Lunch is served Monday-Friday from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
Reservations can be made via Resy. Valet is available during dinner and weekend brunch. Self-parking is available in the Nine15 parking deck located on Peachtree Place with validation for up to two hours.
