The first Brookhaven Restaurant Week, in partnership with Flavors Magazine, takes place Aug. 2-8, giving guests an entire week to try as many prix fixe menus as possible. Participating restaurants will feature three-course dinner menus from $20-$55, and some also will serve three-course lunch menus for $15-$30 (excluding beverages, tax and gratuity). Guests can seize this opportunity to try new flavors or enjoy cherished favorites. Here are a few must-try restaurants.

  • HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern is serving a three-course menu for $29 per person after 5 p.m. First-course choices include wedge salad, soft pretzels and BBQ-spiced pork rinds. Second-choice options are pork belly tacos (three), Mother Nature bowl and chicken and waffles. The third course offers a choice of chocolate peanut butter mousse cake, chocolate ganache tart and velvet cake.

  • Marlow’s Tavern in Brookhaven features a three-course menu of modern tavern fare for $25 per person. To start, guests have a choice of Caesar or Tavern salads. The main course features a choice between the Chicken Stack or shrimp and grits. Classic crème brûlée finishes off the meal for a sweet ending.

  • Secreto Southern Kitchen & Bar is offering a menu boasting its classic flavors for $35 person during dinner hours. The first course includes a choice of truffled deviled eggs, roasted beet salad or bang bang shrimp. Guests can choose between Southern fried chicken, coastal shrimp and grits or meatloaf for the second course. Dessert options include warm carrot cake or flourless chocolate cake.
