Buon Appetito: Italian Tuesdays Start Today at 5Church Atlanta

5Church Atlanta executive chef Mark Alba is rolling out a special Italian Tuesday menu starting today, March 23. Each week, Alba will feature a changing selection of flatbreads, pasta and salads starting at 6 p.m. This week’s menu features romaine salad with baguette croutons, shaved Parmesan and creamy Caesar dressing ($10); Margherita pizza with heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil and buffalo mozzarella ($14); braised veal osso buco with creamy polenta and gremolata ($28); and linguine and steamed Sapelo Island clams with white wine, garlic, butter and parsley ($22). 5Church also will serve its regular dinner menu.
