Cheers to 25 Years: Ray's at Killer Creek Celebrates with Three-Course Menu

Ray’s at Killer Creek announces a three-course menu for spring in honor of its 25th anniversary. The fine dining establishment is known for its fresh seafood, prime steaks and fine wine, and guests can get a taste of a little bit of everything the award-winning restaurant has to offer for $60 per person.

The three-course menu includes the following:

Starter choice of:

Lobster beignet with guava sorghum aioli

or

Pimiento and goat cheese fritters with house-made pepper jelly

Entrée choice of:

Dover sole with caper and Vidalia onion meunière served with haricot verts

or

Six-ounce filet with bone marrow butter served with whipped potatoes

Dessert choice of:

Red velvet bread pudding with cognac cream cheese

or

White chocolate mousse with tart port cherries

 

In addition to the three-course menu, Ray’s at Killer Creek is offering $25 steaks all day on Mondays and during steak happy hour on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4-5:30 p.m. at the bar and 4:30-5:30 p.m. in the dining room. Make reservations via OpenTable.
