Food, Beverages and Live Music Star in Food That Rocks Sept. 23-25

Food That Rocks returns Sept. 23-25, celebrating Sandy Springs’ diverse restaurant scene. The annual culinary tasting event boasts more than 30 restaurants—including Marlow’s Tavern, Bishoku, Breadwinner Café and Bakery, Cubanos ATL, The General Muir and il Giallo—and shines a spotlight on the restaurant workers and frontline healthcare and public safety superheroes who have bravely supported the community during the pandemic.

This year’s event is divided into four sessions over three days to allow social distancing, and attendees will have all access to a variety of culinary bites such as ahi tuna poke from Marlow’s Tavern on Thursday; wine, beer and cocktail tastings; and live music. Tickets can be purchased online, and Dish Around Town readers can use code Eat10 to receive a $10 discount. A portion of event proceeds will be used to provide complimentary tickets for select Sandy Springs healthcare workers and first responders.
