Kevin Gillespie Announces Re-Opening Plan for Red Beard Restaurants

Chef Kevin Gillespie’s Decatur restaurant Revival and backyard beer garden Communion are now open for dine-in service and offer patio, porch and front yard seating featuring menu favorites such as fried chicken and grass-fed beef and pork meatloaf. Reservations must be made for guests to dine in at Revival, and Communion is open for walk-ins on Fridays at 4 p.m. and Saturdays at noon. To-go orders can be placed by calling the restaurant at 470-225-6770 or by ordering online. On July 3, Gillespie’s BeltLine-adjacent establishment Cold Beer is reopening for walk-ins with a new food menu and an expanded drink selection, while Gunshow is now taking reservations for its July 30 reopening date. Fans of Gunshow's Hired Guns series will notice a familiar format when the restaurant reopens; diners will now receive all 8-10 dishes prepared by Gunshow's chefs for $99 per person. In the meantime, Gunshow is installing plexiglass between guests at communal tables for a safe dining experience. Follow Gunshow on Instagram or Facebook for more information.
