FSR, the magazine for chefs, owners, operators and decision makers in the full-service restaurant industry, has released its list of America’s Top 10 Restaurant Groups, and Southern Proper Hospitality has been recognized as one that’s “getting it right and setting the bar for the rest of the industry.” In a turbulent year for the casual dining industry, Southern Proper excelled due to its focus on providing guests a high level of genuine hospitality and a variety of brand offerings that appeal to a wide range of customers. Atlanta-based Southern Proper was in good company on FSR’s list that also includes Darden, Landry’s Restaurant Corp., Union Square Hospitality Group and Dinex Group.
