Spring Into Flavor at Ray's at Killer Creek with New $39 Three-Course Dinner Menu

Beginning this week, Ray's at Killer Creek is introducing a spring three-course dinner menu boasting the fresh flavors of the season, available nightly for $39. The selections start with options such as pimento goat cheese fritters with house-made jalapeño jelly and crispy calamari and shrimp accompanied by pickled sweet peppers and marinara. Main course choices include a seafood platter with a variety of preparations, Cajun chicken pasta with blackened chicken, bell peppers, onions and Creole cream sauce, and more. For dessert, guests can indulge in bananas Foster featuring caramelized bananas and a buttery brown sugar rum sauce or a mini lemon butter cake served with vanilla ice cream and blueberry compote.
