Spring’s warmer temps are luring people out for exciting events all over town. On Georgia Avenue in Summerhill, several restaurants are offering special menu items and dinners. Among these are:

  • “The Silence of the Lambs” is the special pizza for the month at Junior’s Pizza. Available in regular, vegetarian or vegan, this special is more gyro than pizza with mozzarella, lamb, red onion, tomato, feta and tzatziki sauce.

  • Little Bear has two Natty by Nature family-style dinners planned for April. Natty by Nature South Africa on April 19 features wines from Fram and Tremayne from the Blacksmith in South Africa.   • Big Softie ice cream shop is serving a refreshing new flavor for spring. Pineapple sorbet is available in a cup or waffle cone topped with a choice of toppings including spicy Tajin.
