Vino Venue Debuts Pietra Fenice Wine in Honor of Founder Michael Bryan

In 2017, founder of Vino Venue Michael Bryan passed away after his long battle with sarcoma. Well known and loved by the community, Michael poured his passion, optimism and ambition into everything he did, leaving a mark on each person that he came across. Serving as a leader, educator and mentor to many, the mark that he left on the lives of others warranted a tangible way to honor him.

Michael’s legacy will continue to live on through Pietra Fenice, the first vintage of wine made in his honor that arrived at Vino Venue on December 18.

The name Pietra Fenice translates to the “Stone Phoenix,” exemplifying the process that went into creating this one-of-a-kind wine in remembrance of Michael. Rising from his ashes that were scattered at Casa Segreta in the Baschi hills, the grapes that made this wine embody the true character of Michael Bryan- full of essence, inspiring those who partake of its wisdom and solid as the rock the vines spring from.
