Wylie & Rum, the neighborhood island kitchen and rum bar, is now serving a new weekday special lunch menu designed for guests on the go without compromising flavor or value. Available Monday through Friday from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., the menu offers a lineup of island-inspired favorites crafted with fresh ingredients. Highlights include the famous grilled jerk chicken bowl with yellow rice, black beans and sweet plantains; the Havana Caesar salad, featuring avocado Caesar dressing, homemade croutons, fresh shaved Parmesan and crispy plantain chips; and the generously sized Bad-Ass burrito, smothered in queso. Guests can also dig into the spicy chicken sandwich with jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, crispy potato sticks and habanero aioli on an H&F bun with a side of fries; a classic Miami Cuban sandwich on authentic La Segunda Bakery bread or customize Rasta Pasta with proteins like shrimp, chicken or salmon. Reservations can be made via OpenTable.
