The harvest is here: La Tavola‘s annual Abbondanza menu runs Thursday, October 15 through Sunday, October 25 and celebrates the autumnal culinary cornucopia of central Italy’s most famous regions—Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Umbria and more.

Antipasti

Lentil salad chicory, preserved mushrooms, muscadine vinaigrette, whipped ricotta, prosciutto

Bruschetta cured swordfish belly, tomato agrodolce, pickled green beans, radish

Mixed greens salad shaved root vegetable, pear vinaigrette, pecorino toscano

Calamari al mattone roasted cauliflower, farro, green coriander-lemon aioli

Lamb scottadito shaved brussels sprouts, chestnut vinaigrette, apples

Beet casoncelli preserved lemon, poppy seeds, gorgonzola dolce

Cappelletti in brodo pork and prosciutto, grana padano, cress

Porcini casarecce braised rabbit ragu, white wine, black truffle
