Atomic Biscuit Offers Options for Guests Dining on the "Lunch Side of Brunch"

At Atomic Biscuit, guests can indulge beyond biscuits and brunch with a selection of lunch entrées. Items listed in the “Lunch Side of Brunch” section of the menu gravitate toward the savory with hot dogs, sandwiches, salads and more. Additionally, almost every menu item can be made vegetarian or vegan.

The lunch menu at Atomic Biscuit is built around traditional mid-century diner fare but with modern twists. Hot dog purists will be delighted by Nothing but a Hound Dog, which is an all-beef hot dog that can be customized with two toppings. The Red Hot takes the basic hot dog up a few notches with avocado, bacon jam and diced sweet onions.

Sandwiches on the lunch menu showcase the creativity of executive chef Jim Carruthers and include the Pearnini, a grilled panini on sourdough with ham, pear butter, brie cheese and caramelized onions, and the BBLT, a classic BLT that is enhanced with brisket and a house-made mayo-que sauce.

Vegetarians will delight in the Intergalactic Salad made with mixed greens, shaved red onion, golden raisins, sweet red peppers, walnuts, fresh herbs and the extra crunch of toasted ramen noodles, or the Big Bopper Burger, which can be made with a vegan patty.

Other menu items tailor-made for a breakfast-style lunch include the Drunken Chicken and Waffles, a walnut and golden raisin Belgian waffle topped with crispy bourbon-maple syrup dipped fried chicken and a side of bacon butter, and the Celestial Crawfish and Grits, topped with savory sausage gravy, red bell pepper and sweet onions.

Lunch items can be ordered any time Atomic Biscuit is open, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday 8 a.m.-3 p.m.
