"Basque in the Sun" on the Patio at Gypsy Kitchen Every Sunday

Basque in the Sun” returns to Gypsy Kitchen starting Sunday, April 18. Embark on a lively culinary adventure to the beautiful Basque Country every Sunday afternoon. Sip on tintos de verano, draft gintonics with Gypsy Kitchen's very own proprietary tonic, and Spanish ciders while enjoying a variety of pintxos.

Pintxos include specialty toasts like caramelized pork belly with blistered shishito peppers and chile oil ($3) and shaved Serrano ham with soft cheese and blackberry jam ($3). Guests will also be tempted with skewers stacked with oil cured tuna and piquillo peppers ($3) or shrimp, chorizo, potato and red pepper ($4).

Guests will enjoy live performances by a flamenco guitarist every week as they sip and savor the traditional flavors of Spain.
