Boone’s Launches Fall Lunch Menu with Superb Salads
Overlooking the Bobby Jones Golf Course along Tanyard Creek in Buckhead, Boone's serves local, seasonal ingredients in an easygoing, neighborhood atmosphere. Executive chef Austin Rocconi has added three salads to his new American lunch menu. New salads include:
Spicy kale and arugula salad with Calabrian chiles, almonds, chickpeas and buttermilk dressing ($12)
Roasted beet salad with baby spinach, feta, maple pecans and balsamic fig dressing ($13)
Organic rainbow quinoa with butternut squash, apples, goat cheese and pepitas ($13)
Guests can opt to add Springer Mountain chicken ($12), Gulf shrimp ($15) or a salmon filet ($12) to any salad to create the perfect midday meal.
