Brunch is on at Chido & Padre's Every Sunday in Buckhead
Chido & Padre’s is now serving an innovative brunch experience boasting authentic Mexican flavors and warm, gracious service all day on Sundays. Executive chef Thomas Goss has taken the menu at Chido & Padre’s in a new culinary direction by putting a modern spin on traditional recipes from Mexico’s heartland. He now brings this same culinary inspiration to the new Sunday brunch menu offered from 12-9 p.m. in the restaurants’ colorful dining room, decorated with vivid colors and handcrafted Mexican art.
Goss works with local farmers to blend traditional Mexican recipes from states such as Oaxaca, Puebla and Sinaloa with seasonal and regional ingredients in his creative takes on brunch classics. Guests can look forward to dishes they know and love, along with envelope-pushing dishes, all with a modern and updated flair including:
Steak & Eggs – mole-rubbed, cast-iron seared with beech mushrooms and fried egg
French Toast – brioche, house granola, seasonal fruit, cajeta and maple butter
