Brunch Is On at the Woodall Starting April 10
The Woodall, the new approachable experience from John C. Metz, executive chef, CEO and co-founder of Marlow’s Tavern and Sterling Hospitality, will welcome guests to its new weekend brunch and lunch service starting Saturday, April 10.
“We have loved being a part of this vibrant community over the last few months and are thrilled to now invite our new friends and neighbors in for weekend brunch,” says Metz. “We have put a fresh spin on classic brunch and lunch items that we think our guests will really enjoy.”
The sophisticated menu boasts seasonal classics, shareable items, bar sandwiches and salads appropriate for brunch or lunch. Highlights include:
Avocado Toast – grilled sourdough, avocado and fried egg
Breakfast Burrito – prime rib, chorizo, fresh egg, bacon, black beans, charred corn, tomato, fried potato, cotija cheese and house-made salsa verde
The Durham’s Chicken Biscuit – house-marinated chicken, fresh-made buttermilk biscuit and breakfast potato. Also available as Nashville-hot!
Shakshuka – baked eggs, stewed tomatoes, peppers, eggplant and spices
Jumbo Lump Crab Cake & Tomato Benedict – an English muffin topped with crab cake, grilled tomato, Tuscan kale, poached egg and béarnaise, served alongside roasted broccoli
Serious Steak & Eggs – perfectly seasoned beef tenderloin, eggs cooked any way, heirloom tomato, focaccia and béarnaise
Located in the Westside Village at Moores Mill mixed-use development, the Woodall is serving brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. The bar will remain open as the team prepares for dinner service beginning at 4 p.m. In addition to dine-in service, the Woodall’s brunch, lunch and dinner menus are available for delivery on DoorDash.
