Carson Kitchen Kicks up the Heat with Crawfish Tacos
Carson Kitchen elevates Southern comfort food with the use of high-quality ingredients and refined preparation. A perfect plate for sharing is the eatery’s crawfish tacos. The recipe begins with dipping the crawfish in a mixture of hot sauce and buttermilk and letting it soak for an hour before it is breaded and fried. The fried crawfish is wrapped in a warm tortilla and topped with slaw made with green and red cabbage, tasso ham and pepperoncini peppers tossed in a blood orange aioli. This taco is sure to get taste buds tingling and will have guests coming back for more. Check out Carson Kitchen chef John Paul Burns and assistant general manager Nick Pena as they share the recipe on a recent FOX 5 Atlanta segment here.
