Grana Opens Third Location at Southern Post in Roswell on Dec. 19
Renowned chef Pat Pascarella of The Porchetta Group is bringing his beloved Italian restaurant, Grana, to the heart of Roswell with a scheduled opening on Dec. 19, at Armada Hoffler’s mixed-use community Southern Post. This marks a significant expansion for Grana, which already has two popular Atlanta locations.
The Southern Post restaurant is Grana’s largest yet, boasting a spacious 6,160 square feet of interior dining space and a stunning 2,600 square foot patio, offering a total of 275 seats. The rustic charm, signature Neapolitan menu, and iconic features including a wall of Italy’s most famous people.
Born into an Italian family, Chef Pascarella is deeply rooted in the traditions of Neapolitan cuisine. He brings a lifetime of culinary passion honed under James Beard Award-winning mentors and in kitchens across Connecticut, New York, and Georgia.
