HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern Now Open at Halcyon in Alpharetta
HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern is now open at the Halcyon mixed-use village in Forsyth County. Located at 6690 Town Square in Alpharetta, this is the third HOBNOB location serving “refined tavern fare with a Southern flair” in metro Atlanta.
“We are thrilled to serve a new neighborhood and group of people in this popular area,” says Sean Yeremyan, co-owner of Big Table Restaurants. “HOBNOB is a restaurant that our guests love because there is something for everyone on our menu, and we offer a relaxing atmosphere where they can enjoy quality time with friends and family.”
Yeremyan is excited to expand his original concept to more areas and has hired Robert Jackson, an Atlanta native as the general manager. Jackson has been working in the restaurant industry since the late 1990s and brings an impressive resume of experience and success at several different concepts, making him a perfect fit to oversee HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern.
As with the other HOBNOB locations in Brookhaven and Dunwoody, HOBNOB Halcyon is open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Menu highlights include an award-winning burger, pretzels with beer cheese dip, pot roast, low country shrimp and grits, pot pie and meatloaf. Among the brunch specialties are salmon cake Benedict, Million Dollar omelet, tiramisu French toast, Southern buttermilk fried chicken tenders and a menu of brunchy cocktails. The restaurant also boasts an impressive selection of craft beers, one of the largest selections of bourbon in the Southeast, whiskeys and signature cocktails including the famous 1551 HOBNOB Old Fashioned.
The restaurant offers a welcoming, laid-back environment ideal for bringing people together. The new location occupies more than 5,000 square feet with two stories of patio spaces overlooking Halcyon’s green spaces. HOBNOB HIGH UP, on the second level, is available for guests 21 and older on a first-come, first-served basis with a full menu starting at 3 p.m. Monday through Friday and regular hours on Saturday and Sunday.
Sports fans will be happy to hear that HOBNOB Halcyon has their sports viewing covered with TVs positioned throughout the restaurant offering prime viewing, including NFL Sunday Ticket, for cheering on their favorite teams, especially during this time when fans are unable to attend sporting events in person. And similar to its other locations, the restaurant will host a variety of events and weekly specials.
Alpharetta residents also now have the option to order menu items for take-out or delivery via Grubhub and Uber Eats. The restaurant is committed to the safety of its guests and staff and is following all state safety guidelines including limiting the number of people in the restaurant, requiring staff wear masks, limiting touch points and thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces and work areas.
