Johnny’s Hideaway’s Ultimate List of Seven Days of Summer Fun in Atlanta includes:

Monday: Take a walk on the Atlanta BeltLine and enjoy an afternoon of exploration at Ponce City Market, housed in a historic 1925 Sears Roebuck warehouse distribution center. End the day with team trivia at Johnny’s at 7:30 pm. Trivia categories range from current events to movies to sports and more.
Tuesday: Explore Atlanta’s rich Civil Rights history with a visit to the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park, then head to the Municipal Market on Edgewood for a great selection of local food stands, eateries, grocers and bakeries. (Call it the “Sweet Auburn Curb Market” if you want to speak like a local.)
Wednesday: Dive into the scene around the Georgia Aquarium, the largest aquarium in the United States and the third largest in the world. Exhibits and museums in the area include the World of Coca-Cola, the College Football Hall of Fame and the National Center for Civil and Human Rights. Every Wednesday night is Ladies’ Night at Johnny’s. Guests are invited to end the day with a free drink from 7:30-8:30 p.m. and enjoy $8 Ketel One cocktails until close, select half bottles of red, white and rosé wines for $10 and half-priced full bottles of wine.
Thursday: Catch an Atlanta Braves baseball game at Truist Park. The Braves are off to a record-setting start this summer, and Truist has one of the highest attendances in the league. Grab a bite to eat at the Battery, a 2.5 million square foot development that houses the stadium plus restaurants, shops, entertainment venues and more.
Friday: Check out Midtown, the city’s cultural arts center to catch a show at the historic Fox Theatre or to check out the latest exhibit at the High Museum of Art during Friday Nights at the High. Still thirsty? Head over to Johnny’s Hideaway for a nightcap. The nightclub is open until 3 a.m. every night but Sunday night.
Saturday: Johnny’s is the place to be on Saturday night. Reservations are accepted until 8:30 p.m. Guests can fuel a night on the dance floor by feasting on all-American classic bar food done right and served piping hot. Menu items include burgers, chicken tenders, wings, nachos, fries and Johnny’s best-seller tater tots.
Johnny’s Hideaway has always been more than a bar. It was originally a shag, swing and ballroom dance club and has held on to tradition. There is a dress code, and no drinks are allowed on the dance floor. (Being cool this long has its perks, and guests are grateful when busting a move on the dance floor.) Before shutting it down, guests should make a point to visit The King’s Corner, a tribute to Elvis, and The Sinatra Room, packed with memorabilia dedicated to Ol’ Blue Eyes.
Johnny’s Hideaway is located at 3771 Roswell Road, NE in Atlanta. For updates on the restaurant and upcoming events, follow Johnny’s Hideaway on Instagram and Facebook. For additional information, call 404-233-8026 or visit johnnyshideaway.com.
