Make It a Summer to Remember at The Big Ketch Saltwater Grill
Believe it or not, kids across metro Atlanta area are already getting ready to go back to school. But at The Big Ketch Saltwater Grill, Buckhead’s favorite beach house known for its handcrafted cocktails and coastal-inspired menu, summer is rolling right along with weekly Thursday patio parties and Hawaiian-themed Aloha Fridays through September—plus a mouthwatering lobster roll special available throughout August.
The Big Ketch’s ever-popular patio parties are back with rotating themes, seafood offerings and drink specials ($5 glasses of red or white wine, $12 Tipsy Mermaid cocktails and $25 buckets of Modelo, Corona or seltzer) every Thursday.
The themes and dates for Thursday’s patio parties are as follows:
Aug. 8, Sept. 5: Fish Fry - A hearty platter of fried catfish, cod, oysters and shrimp for $28 per person
Aug. 15, Sept. 12: Low Country Boil - A classic boil featuring crab legs, shrimp, potatoes, corn on the cob, sausage and crawfish with cayenne butter for $35 per person
Aug. 22, Sept. 19 Oyster Fest - Regular oysters are $1.50 and chargrilled oysters are $2 all day
Aug. 29, Sept. 26: Lobster Fest - Mini lobster rolls (served with butter) are $20 each and lobster egg rolls for $22 each
The Big Ketch invites guests back the following evening for Aloha Fridays, featuring $6 Kona Big Wave on draft, $12 Tipsy Mermaid cocktails and Hawaiian-themed food specials including:
Coconut shrimp ($14)
Tuna poke with diced tuna, sesame seeds, avocado, red onions, cilantro, a fried wonton and poke dressing ($18)
Pan-seared red Hawaiian snapper with mango pico de gallo and chargrilled lemon, served with a side of asparagus ($35)
Last but not least, throughout August, guests are treated to a cold lobster roll with chilled lobster meat tossed with mayo, celery, lemon, avocado and lettuce on a toasted brioche bun, served with french fries for $30.
