Milton's Cuisine & Cocktails Brings Back Christmas To-Go Dinners

Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails wants to make sure its neighbors have time to enjoy the holiday season, and executive chef Derek Dollar and his team have planned festive Christmas meals to enjoy at home. Families can step out of the kitchen and order savory entrées and sides for pick-up on Thursday, Dec. 23.

Entrée choices include a 12- to 14-pound apple-wood smoked turkey or a spiral ham with bourbon-orange glaze. Milton’s also is featuring a smoked and spiced prime rib with pink peppercorn horseradish sauce.

Turkey purchases come with a quart of Madeira gravy and another side for $110, while the ham is paired with a quart of bourbon-orange glaze and a choice of side, also for $110. The smoked and spiced prime rib comes with a quart of pink peppercorn horseradish sauce and a choice of side for $250. Each meal comfortably serves six to eight people.

To round out the holiday meal, additional sides are available for $20 a quart and feed two to four people. Side selections include cheddar grits, green beans, mashed potatoes, Kentuckyaki Brussels sprouts and smoked Gouda mac and cheese. Additional quarts of Madeira gravy, bourbon-orange glaze and pink peppercorn horseradish sauce also are available for $20 each. For a sweet finish, pastry chef Michelle Chan is offering a dozen beautifully decorated Christmas cookies for $40.

All orders must be placed online by Saturday, Dec. 18. Meals can be picked up on Thursday, Dec. 23 between 11 a.m.-4 p.m. at Milton’s Cuisine and Cocktails in downtown Crabapple.
