Milton's Cuisine & Cocktails Rolls Out a New Fall Menu Inspired by the Season's Bounty

Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails, the seed-to-fork Southern dining destination located in historic Crabapple, introduces a locally inspired new menu to usher in the fall season. Executive chef Derek Dollar has created dishes that reflect the best seasonal produce, inspired by the backyard harvest from Milton’s Acre, the restaurant’s on-site garden.

Milton’s fresh, seasonal cuisine is complemented by its picturesque location in a 155-year-old restored farmhouse. Dollar and his team grow almost 100 varieties of heirloom fruits and vegetables on the property, inspiring new autumn dishes such as:

  • Georgia cheese plate - with cured meats and seasonal accompaniments

  • Creamed corn and leeks - with everything Parmesan crisps; this dish pairs perfectly with Milton’s prime steak offerings

  • Harvest salad - with baby kale and purple mustard greens, toasted pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, crumbled goat cheese, crispy sweet potatoes and honey-cider vinaigrette

  • Lemon-garlic grilled broccoli steak – this season’s vegetable plate features truffled and whipped farmer’s cheese, roasted cipollini onions, pomegranate seeds and barbecued cornbread crumbs

  • Pan-seared diver scallops - with beet risotto, blood orange, crushed pistachios, crumbled goat cheese and Champagne-truffle and pistachio vinaigrette

Milton’s regionally inspired comfort food is served for dinner Monday-Saturday from 5-9 p.m. and Sunday from 3-9 p.m. Sunday brunch is served 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Guests may order wine, beer or a craft cocktail to pair with dinner or to enjoy at the lively bar. Fireplaces set the mood for cozy, warm autumn nights.
