Milton's Cuisine & Cocktails Unveils New Menu Items in Time for Spring

Bird's eye view of the new spring menu items from Milton's.

Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails, the seed-to-fork Southern dining destination located in historic Crabapple, introduces new menu items for spring. Guests are invited to indulge in new appetizers, salads, entrées and cocktails. Executive chef Derek Dollar incorporates seasonal produce into the spring menu that is harvested from Milton’s Acre, the restaurant’s on-site garden.

The bountiful garden has inspired new spring items such as:

  • Pastrami spice-rubbed beef carpaccio ($16) with pink peppercorn-horseradish aioli, pickled red onion, crumbled Griffin cheese, arugula and truffled toast

  • Arugula and red watercress ($10) with marinated quinoa, pickled peaches, cucumber, lemony almonds, goat cheese gremolata and citrus and herb white balsamic vinaigrette

  • Roasted poblano and scallion blue corn grit cake ($24) with griddled baby squash, sweet pickled corn, peppadew peppers, avocado, goat cheese gremolata, smoked paprika chimichurri and pea tendrils

  • Everything-crusted ahi tuna ($32) with kimchi-cilantro roasted potatoes, wilted pea greens, pickled cucumber and Kentuckyaki vinaigrette

And no seasonal menu is complete without a refreshing list of cocktails. To quench that summer thirst, Milton’s is offering:

Four new cocktails from the new spring menu at Milton's.
  • Green Thumb ($14) mixing Hendrick’s gin, honeydew juice, cucumber juice, fresh lime, cane syrup and St. Germaine

  • Graceland ($13) made with Cathead Orange vodka, pamplemousse, grapefruit juice, fresh lemon, simple syrup and Lillet Blanc

  • The Butterfly Effect ($14) mixing Empress gin, fresh lemon, peach purée, St. Germaine, simple syrup and peach bitters

  • Release the Doves ($13) with reposado tequila, grapefruit juice, fresh lime, cane syrup, grapefruit bitters, basil and black lava salt
