Milton's Cuisine & Cocktails Offers Holiday Meals To-Go
For the fifth year in a row, executive chef Derek Dollar and his kitchen team at Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails have Thanksgiving meals covered. With more diners opting for a Thanksgiving experience at home this year, the popular Crabapple restaurant is taking care of the cooking once again so families can spend less time in the kitchen and more time together.
Thanksgiving meal options include a 12 to 14-pound apple-brined and smoked turkey that feeds six to eight people and includes one quart of sage-corn spoonbread and Madeira gravy for $99 ($79 until Oct. 31).
For those wanting a Thanksgiving meal with ALL the fixings, Milton’s is preparing a Thanksgiving feast boasting a 12 to 14-pound apple-brined and smoked turkey with one quart each of mashed potatoes, Madeira gravy, sage-corn spoonbread, smoked Gouda mac ‘n cheese, cheddar grits, Kentuckyaki Brussels sprouts and green beans for $175 ($160 until Oct. 31). The turkey comfortably feeds six to eight guests with sides feeding two to four. Additional savory sides for both meal options are $20 per quart.
Early planners who place holiday meal orders placed by Oct. 31 receive $20 off each turkey. Holiday meals will be available for pick-up on Wednesday, Nov. 25 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at Milton’s in downtown Crabapple.
